Overview:
The President/COO of PrimeVita Care provides strategic and operational leadership across all departments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. This role drives company-wide initiatives that align with PrimeVita Care’s mission of compassionate, innovative healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all clinical, administrative, and business functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to optimize service delivery and resource management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, compliance, and financial performance.
- Lead and mentor department heads and senior management staff.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.
- Build partnerships with hospitals, insurers, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA/MHA preferred).
- 10+ years of executive experience in healthcare operations.
- Proven leadership in multi-site or multi-service healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of compliance, finance, and patient experience management.

Pay Range: $130,000 – $175,000 per year
Overview:
Vice Presidents/Regional Directors oversee PrimeVita Care’s operational, clinical, and administrative functions across designated regions or service areas. They ensure alignment with company standards while supporting facility performance, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support regional managers, clinical leads, and office teams.
- Oversee regional budgets, staffing levels, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all centers meet PrimeVita Care’s standards of care, compliance, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to implement best practices.
- Drive community outreach and partnership development.
- Provide operational reports and insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of regional management or multi-location leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.
Reports To: Clinical Manager or Regional Director
Pay Range: $70,000 – $95,000 per year
Overview:
The Wellness Coach at PrimeVita Care empowers patients and clients to achieve their health and lifestyle goals through personalized coaching, education, and motivation. This role combines healthcare knowledge with a compassionate, proactive approach to patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one and group wellness sessions focusing on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and overall wellness.
- Develop personalized wellness plans tailored to each client’s health needs and goals.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Track progress, provide feedback, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate clients on preventive health practices and sustainable lifestyle habits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, or related field.
- Certification in Health or Wellness Coaching (CHWC, ACE, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in patient wellness, health education, or coaching.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.

Reports To: Customer Support Manager or Office Supervisor
Pay Range: $22 – $30 per hour
Overview:
Front Office Staff serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at PrimeVita Care. They ensure smooth check-in, scheduling, and administrative processes while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or text.
- Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and co-payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records in the EHR system.
- Support front office workflow and administrative tasks.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare front desk or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of scheduling and EMR systems preferred.

Position Summary
The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. This role plays an essential part in preparing reports, managing general ledger activities, and assisting in audits and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support schedules for audit purposes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards (GAAP).
- Prepare and process tax-related reports and filings as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
- Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience (healthcare or service industry experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
